The Scene

The scene from a female future:

Women had had enough. Protestations had turned to protests; and the world changed. From now on, the future is female-led.

Misogyny and patriarchy have been deep-rooted in society for centuries, for millennia, forever. Women asked for equality. Men never relinquished power. Women struggled: every step, every woman, everywhere.

And now, after women’s marches and protests, feminist anger led to feminist power. There is a new world and a new future of female power.

But, of course, change takes time. There were days of progress, and weeks of momentum, and then many months of reversals, and long decades of male resistance. This was always the way for women who fought for their rights through generations and waves of feminism.

This time, a tipping point was reached. A critical mass was achieved. Finally there were years of progress for women. Social revolution became feminist evolution, and the patriarchy was replaced.

The revolution was inevitable. Women began taking control: first through protests, rallies, and demonstrations, then through education, legislation, and governance. With persistence over the years, women gained the democratic authority to transform society.

Women’s rights and feminism became important to the foundation of society. Laws began to change and female empowerment began to take hold of society. Women had their equal opportunity, but after millennia of oppression they wanted the authority to ensure they were never oppressed again.

An evolution of society and humanity happened naturally. Women transformed almost every aspect of society into a diverse, inclusive, empathetic, and compassionate culture. They took control of their families, communities, governments, businesses, institutions, education, economy, and society.

In the early days, there were many men who refused to accept feminine power. Built into the new system of governance, these men were instructed, trained, re-educated, and if necessary, humiliated into accepting female authority. The submission of masculinity accelerated the feminization of society. In the new way of the world, masculinity was less important than femininity.

Feminine power began to be seen as desirable and superior to masculine power. In the new age that formed, gynocentrism was the official ideology of society and government. Women were considered the center of a healthy, stable, and prosperous society. The core principle of this new feminism was adopted as a motto, or a dictum: “Women come first.” If women are happy and satisfied, then society will function as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. In this feminist culture, women and their ideas are the catalyst for everything that is considered, discussed, planned, implemented, and celebrated.

For example, the study of women’s history is treated as the foundation for this gynocentric society: knowledge of what women have accomplished through lifetimes of adversity is valuable in the understanding of what women are capable of achieving with privilege and authority. Investigation and academic research into the historical documents and accounts of women’s contributions to the world is a major undertaking by governments and institutions on an impressive scale. Everything that was forgotten or ignored about women’s history is being re-discovered with excitement and examined with a newfound respect.

Religion has evolved. The patriarchal religions of the past are no longer suitable in a gynocentric society. The evolution of religion happened quickly, but organically, without much need for coordination or debate. There is no overarching governing religious organization, so as should be expected there are many differences in religious practices and beliefs, and people are free to worship in any way they desire. But this is a gynocentric culture, so the worship of female power is generally what is desired. Typically, the new religions are centered on goddess worship, with an emphasis on the familiar goddesses of the ancient religions: a pantheon of re-imagined mythical goddesses as symbols of femininity, feminism, and female empowerment.

Of course, with the new enthusiasm for knowledge that had been previously devalued, the ancient religions and mythologies are studied and new insights into the roles of the powerful (and the minor) goddesses are regularly discovered and then discussed among all citizens. The culture of goddess worship is not only a part of the new religions, but is incorporated into the basic structure of society. Governments recognize statutory holidays for some of the most common religious observances. Goddesses and the worship of goddesses are usually incorporated into all forms of popular entertainment. And every person, whether they consider themselves religious or not, is aware of the characteristics and symbolism of the prominent goddesses.

Although there are many favorite goddesses among the citizenry, there is one goddess who is clearly the most admired and honored. She is known as the central goddess symbol for the empowerment and freedom of women: Inanna (or Ishtar), the Mesopotamian goddess of love, beauty, sex, desire, fertility, war, combat, justice, and political power, and “Queen of Heaven and Earth” (and today often called “The Dominatrix Goddess”). She is revered above all others almost certainly because she was a powerful feminist goddess in a historical setting of patriarchy where any deviation from the standard social roles was unacceptable.

As with the new goddess religions, freedom of choice exists for almost all other aspects of society, but always with a gynocentric proviso. The freedom is considered essential to the prosperity of society; the gynocentrism is understood to be necessary to prevent a regression into another patriarchal nightmare. So, for example, gender and sexual diversity is completely embraced; but it is feminine characteristics that are implicitly supported and encouraged to a greater degree. In the new culture of diversity, there is no longer the patriarchal ideal of a woman: a woman is usually defined as anyone with generally feminine traits, but it is always, of course, up to the person themself. Though each is essential for different reasons, a woman is usually considered more valuable to society than a man. Like it or not, it is an inherent property of the new feminine culture that the more masculine a person is, the lower their social importance. It is an unfortunate but understandable consequence after the long and oppressive patriarchal history of humankind.

So society is focused on the development of femininity and the feminization of culture. And women and their happiness are considered the foundation to a successful society.

With this new importance of female happiness, there is a high degree of energy put towards understanding female sexuality. Every aspect of women’s sexual needs is investigated, researched, and promoted. There is now an understanding that sexual freedom for women is essential; a woman must not be limited in her ability to explore her own sexual needs. In society as a whole, as it is for any particular woman, female sexual pleasure is a high priority. Because of the focus on the importance of women’s sexual freedom, there has been much scientific research into the eradication of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Because of this, most diseases and infections caused by sexual contact are no longer an issue, and women are free to experiment and explore their sexuality without any need to worry about their health.

With the increasingly open sexuality of women, there had been a concern for the physical safety of women: there are men who, in a patriarchal society, would have taken full advantage of the flaunted female sexuality before them, with the result being increased occurrences of sexual assault and harassment of women. However, in the new gynocentric society, both sexual assault and sexual harassment are decidedly very illegal. Any man accused of this is immediately taken away for questioning and investigation. The consequences are enough for most men to avoid even looking at a woman in a leering manner, never mind to physically assault her.

In the rare cases where a man is convicted of assault or harassment, he is sent off to one of several government institutions specializing in the treatment of sexual harassment or sexual assault offenders, where he is retrained (usually over several years) to respect and worship women. These male offenders are not released until they completely accept female supremacy, gynocentrism, and female empowerment. In fact, it is usually a requirement that a man is not released until he actually desires sexual female domination: a test he must pass on several official occasions before obtaining an approval for release back into society is to display obvious sexual enjoyment and pleasure from some form of loving female authority. In other words, he must get an erection during each official encounter with a dominant female.

Besides the government correctional system and the rehabilitation of sexual predators, there is a fundamental strategy to protect women and ensure their safety. Police patrols, surveillance cameras, emergency alarm systems, and other technology are ubiquitous. Especially within urban environments, any particular woman’s rescue from a potentially unsafe encounter is almost always no more than a few minutes away.

So women now have the freedom to flaunt their sexuality in any way they desire, without much need to concern themselves with their personal health, safety, or security.

And again, because of the recognition that women’s happiness is a foundational requirement of society, the rights of women to experience pleasure and achieve happiness is enshrined in the laws. Society and governments constantly develop new codes and protections to ensure these fundamental rights for women are never compromised.

While female sexuality is understood as the desire (and rightful demand) for pleasure, male sexuality is understood in terms of female needs, wants, and desires: specifically, men support and serve women in the pursuit of female pleasure. Research continues in this field, but already there are many theories debated by scientists and several common practices employed by couples and communities toward the fulfillment of female pleasure. In general, all efforts are made by all persons to develop the best practices to achieve this objective.

Society has evolved into a female-dominated structure, focusing on femininity, feminism, gynocentrism, female authority, female supremacy, and women’s rights. Women have worked hard to ensure there will be no going back to a patriarchal society where masculinity reigns. And now women are the dominant cultural force, while men have accepted their new role as servants of female empowerment.
